SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We deliver across the United States of America except certain areas which are considered as out of service areas. Usually via LTL Freight by FedEx or UPS Our courier company delivers orders during working hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday.
Note: if the delivery address is residential, in some locations an additional fee may apply. Delivery time for an order completely depends on the location where it is to be delivered;
The delivery promise for our major destinations in United States of America is delivery within 3-4 working days of placing the order. However, sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances this delivery period may be longer.
Shipping fees depend on the total quantity of items, weight and shipping speed selected. Therefore, there are no flat shipping charges. The best way to find out the shipping charge applicable to your order is to try placing an order. The last page of the checkout process will provide you with the exact shipping cost.
To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Shopping Cart:
Select Proceed to Checkout.
Select or add your shipping address.
Select a payment method.
The total shipping cost & cash on delivery fees (if applicable) will be listed under the Order Summary displayed on the right-hand side of the page.
Note: For out of service areas, customers will be required to collect their orders from the courier’s hub within the city.
